U.S. Model 1817 "Common Rifle" marked "Deringer Philadelphia" with large U.S. stamp on the lock. .54 caliber rifled barrel with all features as standard and larger size Deringer mark "9A-232". Good barrel marks.Original flintlock hammer and small parts. The stock is very good with small ding, mars, scratches and etc. Correct style brass tipped ramrod. Scattered light erosion and pinprick pitting. A strong 7.5 on a 1-10scale. (Antique) Est.: $1750-$3500
